Introduction
By providing your card details, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, which outline the policies regarding the use of your card information to secure your booking. These terms are designed to ensure transparency and protect both your rights and those of The Craft Beer Co. (referred to as "we", "our", or "us").

Deposit Policy
To confirm your booking, some reservations require card details to authorise your card. No charges will be applied to your card at the time of booking. However, the card will be authorised for the specified amount at time of booking and this amount may be charged if you fail to attend the booking, in accordance with our cancellation or no-show policies.

Payment Authorisation
By providing your card details, you authorise us to:
- Place a pre-authorised hold on your card for the agreed deposit amount at the time of booking.
- Charge your card for the agreed amount in the event of a cancellation outside of the allowed time frame or for a no-show.
The card details you provide will be used solely for the purpose of securing the booking and will not be used for any other unauthorised transactions.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled booking time to avoid charges. Cancellations made after this period or failure to attend your booking will result in a charge of the booking amount, to the authorised card provided.
Should you cancel within the allowed time frame, no charges will be applied to the authorised card.

Data Protection & Security
We take the security of your personal information seriously. Your card details will be encrypted and securely stored in compliance with PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards). We are also committed to complying with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and any other applicable data protection laws.
Your card details will not be shared with any third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law.

Liability for Errors
We are not responsible for any errors or inaccuracies in the card information provided, or for any technical issues that may occur during the booking process. In the event of an error, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Dispute Resolution
If you believe that a charge has been made to your card in error or you wish to dispute any charges, please contact us immediately. We will work to resolve the issue promptly. If a resolution cannot be reached, any disputes will be handled in accordance with UK consumer protection laws.

Changes to Terms & Conditions
We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you by email or update the T&Cs on our website. Continued use of our services following such changes will constitute your acceptance of the revised terms.
